Claire runs evening fitness and Pilates classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the West Bridgford are of Nottingham, for various client groups. Many classes are suitable for postnatal women, and/or women in the very early stages of pregnancy to attend who have participated in regular exercise before becoming pregnant. LITTLE BLACK DRESS WORKOUT
This is a fun, fat-burning, full-body workout which WILL burn off those excess calories! Suitable for postnatal women, and/or any women wanting to increase their fitness level and tone up those problem areas.
EVENING PILATES CLASSES (WITHOUT BABY)
If you want to continue your journey of Pilates with Claire once you have returned to work, you'll be pleased to know Claire runs a full timetable of EVENING PILATES CLASSES which are suitable for, well, just about anyone to attend, so bring a friend, your neighbour, or even your mum and dad!
